Let's Make a Difference

At PAAW Texas, our mission is simple: to advocate for, support, and promote the well-being of animals at the Pasadena Animal Shelter and throughout the Pasadena, Texas community. As a nonprofit organization driven by dedicated volunteers, we provide funding for medical treatments, specialized training, and enrichment programs that enhance the lives of shelter animals.

Recently, we’ve been able to pull several dogs from the shelter’s urgent list by providing safe, temporary boarding. While not all dogs find homes immediately, we’ve partnered with a local boarding facility to offer a safe haven for those at risk. However, boarding comes at a cost — $25 per dog per day. For many, this is their lifeline until a home is found.
